Our Executive Team
Tridea Partners has assembled a select group of individuals with the skills and experience necessary to provide services and support for Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM. This group includes the following leadership team.
Matthew Boese
Partner - Consulting Services / Co-Founder
Matthew has over 15 years of experience successfully implementing Accounting, ERP and CRM systems in the United States, Mexico and South America. Matthew has worked with several prominent software systems in a variety of industries including the life-sciences, manufacturing, wholesale and retail distribution, telecommunications, not-for-profit, financial services and professional services industries. He holds Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM certifications for Installation, Configuration, Core Financials, Inventory Control, Project Accounting, and Manufacturing. He is also well versed in the use of SQL Server Reporting Services and Management Reporter. Matthew received an MBA from the University of Texas-Austin in 1994 and graduated from the University of Virginia in 1990. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Andy Collins
Partner - Business Development / Co-Founder
Andy has over 15 years of experience in business development and management with responsibility for implementing sales strategy and plans for Microsoft and IBM partner organizations. He has been engaged in over 280 system implementation projects including assisting companies in defining their core business requirements and mapping those requirements to software and business process systems. His experience covers many industries including life sciences, high-tech, manufacturing, retail, distribution, not-for-profit and professional services. Andy holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and holds numerous certifications with Microsoft Dynamics.
Manuel Adum
Partner - Director of Technology Services
Manuel is the Strategic Technology Director at Tridea Partners. His principal duties involve assisting with the technical direction of the firm as well as development of applications using Microsoft tools including Visual Studio .NET (Visual Basic .NET, C# .NET, ASP .NET), Microsoft Dynamics eConnect and SQL Server. He manages the technical team which provides Microsoft Dynamics support, including integration and configuration, custom programming and consulting on IT infrastructure and network administration. He has directed numerous implementations of business management systems, and has substantial experience developing internal controls and documenting business processes. Manuel holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences and has over 15 years of experience in software consulting and network administration. He hold certifications for both Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics AX. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
